Complete Surveillance
Your site will incorporate smart technology to increase performance, security and professionalism as well as to diminish incidents. Studies have shown, when video camera systems are installed at a location, incidents decrease.
• All employees will be inspected daily
• Daily and/or weekly reviews forwarded to the Client
• Daily or weekly phone call from post captain/manager as requested
• Monthly feedback report from the Client (quality service survey)
• Monthly and/or weekly meeting with the property manager and/or Board members by the post captain/manager
• All employees will be trained and constantly retrained and tested on procedures and policies at your site
• All employees will be updates on any new laws pertaining to your site
• All employees are drilled for emergency situations
• In addition, we have a program comparable to “a secret shopper.” If allowed by the Client, we will have
someone visit your property, without the security officer’s prior knowledge, and provide us with written
feedback on the actions, demeanor, professionalism and appearance of the security officer at your site.
